Exchange Policy

  • All products purchased from Stuart Little’s Fashion Store can be exchanged within 07 days of purchase - no requests will be entertained after that time.
  • We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (defective products) as approved by the company will be processed within 14 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for purchasing & returning articles at their own expense.
  • Stuart Little’s Fashion Store offers no “Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
  • Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
  • Tags and labels must be intact.
  • Colours may slightly vary in some products in terms of brightness and contrast according to screen resolution and settings. In such conditions, your request may not be entertained.
  • Summer stock will be exchanged only with Summer items & Winter items only with Winter stock.
  • If any item purchased at full price goes on sale it will be exchanged at the mark down price.
  • In case of any discrepancy, system price is final.
